The 2026-27 indoor track & field program will run from NOV 2nd to JAN 17th

TRAINING

NFRONT wants athletes to have success and avoid injuries that come with track & field, so group training sessions are scheduled 4 days per week throughout the 2026-27 winter months at Canlan Sports Libertyville.

6:30 – 7:30pm

Weekend: SUN

1:00 – 2:00pm

Athletes who participate in the scheduled track meets are not required to take part in training, but they are highly encouraged to attend training sessions to build strength, develop mental poise, and prepare for competition-level efforts.
